Tour The Cabin

Welcome to my log cabin, the inspiration for my books Babe in the Woods: Building a Life One Log at a Time, and the second in this three-book series, Babe in the Woods: Self Portrait. Except for a new metal roof, and porch steps, the cabin remains as it was originally built in 1975. There still is no electricity or plumbing. And, I still heat and cook with the original wood burning stove, light with kerosene lamps, and haul water in buckets from the creek.
